When I decided to open our offices in the old Terminal Building, I fell in love with the location—it’s just across the river from downtown Pittsburgh. And the history—it’s a great way to rejuvenate a building complex that’s over 100 years old.
We wanted a creative office space. What we got is a location that keeps getting better and better.
Back in its heyday, this office and warehouse complex served as a connection between road, river and rail transportation. Thanks to the improvements McKnight Realty Partners has recently made to our office complex, it’s now a connection between work and play.
When it’s time to roll up our sleeves and get to work, we’ve configured our offices to have the right mix of creative collaboration spaces and offices. Plus, we enjoy being able to use the new high-tech conference room for training sessions with clients or future in-person workshops with local marketers.
With the addition of Anytime Fitness, SlyFox Brewing, Atelier De Fer Coffee & Tea, the bike trail and the elevated walkway, it’s now a great environment before and after work. We grabbed a few photos of the new amenities and attractions that many people don't know were added over the past year while the whole world was readjusting to more remote work.
Additionally, we're in the process of expanding our footprint within The Highline to add a brand new video production studio (conveniently located just across the hall from our existing studio).

As a nod to the building’s past, I personally think it’s cool that they kept a classic railcar in the public space.
The steel planters on the elevated walkway are starting to wake up after a long winter, making this the perfect time to visit us. I joined our building's brand new Anytime Fitness as soon as they opened but I have yet to go workout, but that is par for the course with gym memberships, isn't it?
Oh, and I almost forgot. Special shout out to our friend and client Patrick McCort from Modomation.com for helping us to extend our security system, cable runs, and install an awesome new wifi extender into our new video studio across the hall (poor Pat didn't know he was going to get a special appearance in the photo gallery on this post).
